Unfortunately a really poor experience. Work was left unfinished with leaking radiators, no heating or hot water for our family. Dan would not start the work until he was paid 50% upfront. He told us the work had been complete & everything had been tested. We have been left with multiple issues - leaking pipes behind newly plastered walls and a faulty pump for our heating system. This company and Dan have been a nightmare to deal with through getting my house ready for a young family to move in. From not getting the chasing out correct 3 times, to throwing plastic pipe all over an empty loft, not coming back to power up the boiler and also not resolving two leaking radiators that were noticed after the walls were repaired with plaster. I only repaired the walls as he stated he filled the system up and tested all the connections were good. Plenty of pictures and texts to show how bad the whole project has been. No communication from him but wants payment in advance

My boiler failed, being a combi, I had no hot water or heating!. Dan came out to me in less than 10 hours, diagnosed fixed for a great price. I would definitely recommend Dan
