Failed abysmally, on their first attempt, to simply replace a faulty PIR and I waited weeks for them to fix it on their second attempt . . . . Gave up waiting! (work never completed but Checkatrade demands a date!)

We were given a quote with full breakdown, which was agreed. They turned up on time and worked through until completion. They kept us updated throughtout. Very friendly and professional woukd highly recommend the Company.

Jordan contacted us really quickly after leaving a message, came round really quickly and honestly we were so pleased that we got him, so helpful and so honest with his advice and promised he wouldn't leave us without heating and was true to his word, cant thank him enough and will be really happy to use him again. Felt in good hands and very very satisfied with all his help and advice, such a pleasant chap to have around and to know that we can call on him again. Well done and thanks again for your help

Had a fault on a ring circuit which which kept tripping the mini circuit breaker and rcd even when no appliances were plugged in

Did not turn up for the work. Arranged for an EICR check. Called a couple of times to confirm it was all going ahead. Seemed a very nice guy over the phone. The day came and went and no sign. After this did not answer the phone despite repeated attempts.
