Carl is a very professional builder in all aspects, I will always use his services moving forward with any upcoming projects that we may have and also recommend him to others.

Would not recommend for any work. Although date completed is stated it is far from finished to how Carl said in his quote. We had to put up with so much mess of which we had to clean up and he never worked longer than about 4 hours a day, he was either off getting supplies on regular basis, he told us he would get everything delivered on site meaning he could be here working. One of his guys was rude plus showing him around the outside of our property without our permission was not on. The job was out the front of property. We are left getting the job finished with one of his contractors.

We bought Carl in to do our loft conversion. He and Steve were superb. The quality of the work is right up there, everything fits like a dream and I would highly recommend his services. When the conversion was finished we then asked him to change all our doors and sort bits around the house that needed doing and he continued his great service efficiently.

Carl is a trustworthy and honest tradesman. We consider him as part of our carefully selected trades team now. Glad we found him and more than happy to recommend.

I am very pleased with the work carried out by Carl Blake and his team! They were all extremely polite and courteous, they carried out the work quickly and efficiently and communicated with me regularly regarding the work being done. I highly recommend them for any building needs and will be using them again in the future.
