Chris Blann has done two jobs for us. The first, three years ago, was a fairly major job-a ground floor extension to the side of the house. The second-demolishing a rear conservatory, replacing with a paved patio and awning, and replaced a brick boundary wall with a fence-has just been completed this week. We couldn’t be more pleased with both jobs. Chris and his team which included Darren and Dave and his father the electrician on both jobs were the ultimate professionals and first class tradesmen. The estimates and final bills were very competitive and the works were done to high standard.

Very helpful, explained the options available, parts needed to be ordered and probable time required for parts to be made. Once ordered we had a delivery date for parts and a date to do the job. He arrived on time and worked to completion, Very satisfied with the quality of the parts and the work done, site cleaned and all rubbish removed.

Darryl completed most of the work ,but worked as a team. The detail to the finish was excellent and Chris was on site often. The finish project exceeded my expectations. I had a few front garden walls taken down and rebuilt. I wasn’t sure what style I wanted, but Chris helped me every step of the way. From advising what could work and what would look best, to doing the work and tidying up afterwards. I would recommend Chris and his team.
