  This company is amazing. Charlie has done quite a few jobs for me and he's always on time , polite and great work.. Also it's always a fair price. I couldn't be happier with the work I have had done.

  Water Leak Detection

  Brilliant guy, with an amazing trades team all with a strong work ethic/years of experience!

  Charlie came out over several weeks over spring 2025 and effectively dealt with an escape of water issue i had been having to an internal pipe set inside my kitchen wall leading from the kitchen waste pipe to the external down pipe on my ground floor tenement flat. It was a big job but found both him and his team to be highly competent at what they do, always courteous, considerate, thoughtful and friendly. Charlie always responded promptly and professionally to questions and queries, despite like most trades folk having to run several jobs alongside each other, i can see why he is so busy!

  Best Plumber in Edinburgh

  I use Charlie to maintain my rented properties in Edinburgh . My tenants call him directly which means less hassle for me . He is always thorough and thoughtful - eg not leaving a tenant without hot water and he also explains the problems to both me and my tenants before carrying out repairs . Top Guy !

  Hi Paula, Really really sorry regarding this situation however ,Unfortunately my phone had packed in hence why I have a new phone now ,Apologies but obviously I store all my data on the phone So sometimes things like this can happen no harm intended.

  Cracked Waste Pipe

  I had a cracked waste pipe that needed urgent repair because water was dripping onto my downstairs neighbor's wall. Charlie came on Saturday morning to ensure we could fix it quickly. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did a perfect job. He clearly explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. He also let me use his dehumidifier to dry my neighbor's wall. I will definitely use Charlie for any future plumbing work and highly recommend him.

  Faulty water pump

  Charlie agreed to look at problem. He came late, and told us we would need to replace water pump or water tank system. Didn't do any real investigation to understand the cause of the problem - it felt like he was just trying to upsell us. Was here 20 minutes, and said he would send quotes for pump and water tank replacement. He then invoiced us for a £108 call out charge. I would have gone elsewhere, but no mention of call out fee prior to visit, or on his Checkatrade profile. I have paid half (£54) which I think is more than fair considering the poor comms and lack of investigation.
