  Clear communication and very helpful

  Chris was really clear in his communication all the way through the booking process and the job. When he was here he was clear, respectful and did a fantastic job in fixing our issue. He even explained why it happened, and how to deal with the water damage from the leak. I'll be booking him again for future work on the house.

  Shower pressure fix and parts replaced

  Chris was really friendly and super knowledgeable, showing me how parts of my water tank works which I appreciated. He arrived exactly on time and had all the parts with him so I didn't have to worry about that. He booked me in promptly to fix my shower and kept really good communication in the meantime.   Hot water tap replacement

  We’ve had significant difficulties replacing our hot water tap since our warranty expired. Other tradesmen expressed concern and didn’t have the the necessary knowledge or experience to replace an Omni 4-in-1 hot water tap. Chris responded quickly and offered to undertake the work at an affordable price. Having completed the work recently, he replaced the tap without any fuss or hidden costs. My wife and I are relieved to have resolved this issue and would recommend Chris to others. I’m glad we now know a local tradesmen whom we can rely on should we have other issues in the future.

  Water Tank Inspection & Repairs

  We used Chris for multiple jobs, all on the water tank in our loft. Excellent service from start to finish, with really clear communication, explaining everything that needed doing, and including before and after photos, which was reassuring. He left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I’d happily recommend and will use again!

  Replace leaking Dishwasher tap. Replace outside water tap and internal water control lever

  Chris was an exemplorary plumber. He communicated prior to the appointment and on the day communicated a slight delay and when ge was due to arrive. During the appointment Chris updated me throughout with the works he would do and talked through the repairs once completed. Chris i would recommend to anyone.
