Bath leak
Chris was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak and fixed it efficiently. We did have to rearrange the appointment a couple of times, but he kept me updated throughout without causing any pain. Overall, the quality of his work and communication were excellent. Efficient and friendly plumber
The appointment time was delayed a bit due to some domestic issues but I was contacted in timely fashion and kept fully in the loop up to the time he arrived on site here. The work to be done was thoroughly explained and carried out effectively and efficiently. Quick response to emergency call
Chris responded to our request to fix a small emergency almost immediately and was able to come within hours. Lucky he did as he discovered a much bigger (genuine problem) which would have resulted in a world of pain.
