Fitting new bathroom
Usman did a good job but there have been some problems since then. The toilet Runs continuously after flushing. The radiator was fixed too near the door so the housing officer has asked it to be moved. Despite numerous calls and promises that he’s an honest local builder and would come back to correct problems he has ignored my calls. He’s reading my messages but ignoring them. I have had to pay for the toilet to be fixed but the radiator needs moving to a safer place. Please get in touch and correct the problems. You told me you are a good builder and will fix any problems

Strip out old bathroom and Refit new bathroom
Usman did a good job but there were a few finishing touches he had to do again. He’s very patient, respectful and willing to help and be corrected. A great tradesman

Fitted new vanity unit and sink
Usman responded quickly to my query and visited to see what was required. He promptly gave me a quote. Happy with the work he did, would definitely use again for any work needed in my bathroom. Only issue was that he didn't take away the old sink etc However, this wasn't discussed before the work was carried out. I just assumed it would be taken.

Complete refit of two bathrooms and tiles,plumbing etc and fitting of new shower enclusure
The team of workers were very professional and carried out the work at our house to an exceptionally high standard and in a timely manner.I would highly recommend their services and intend to continue to use their services in the near future .

Install, electric shower, hand basin and vanity unit, new bsth taps and lighting
Usman was very professional, tidy and conscientious. Prompt time keeping, kept me informed about progress and problems. Respinded very quickly to a small issue with a leak and fixed it straight away. Bathroom looks refreshed. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been very happy with his work. I now have Usman on speeddial as my go to for plumbing and electrical jobs.

Bathroom
Usman did the most amazing job in transforming our bathroom. He exceeded our expectations in terms of craftsmanship and the quality of work he carried out. Usman did the job well before the set completion date without compromising quality. He is very hardworking and very reliable indeed. He demonstrated an excellent work ethic and myself and my whole family found him very reliable, kind and honest and most of all very easy to talk to. He always ensures that I was consulted in every stage of the work and always. I am delighted with the outstanding job he has done. Thank you, Usman!
