Build new porch
The Builder made an excellent job of building the porch However they did not complete the job They did not sand the driveway They did not come back and carry out snagging inspection They did not inform building control final inspection was ready leaving me to contact building control arrange and pay for inspection. Despite repeated requests over three months They have refused to supply a vat invoice or receipt for payment received in full and on time on date They said job was completed I previously a 9.3 review following which I received a number of abusive messages from Mr Cole jnr.Verified reviewerJob location: TN110 Patios / Paving

Rear Garden - Complete Renovation
We recently had our outdated garden completely renovated by C&C to achieve a more contemporary finish and design. The works consisted of removal of existing decking, shed, fence, slab, hedging etc. To then lay beautiful porcelain tiles throughout, new fencing and improving the existing low level brick wall to bring it back to life. They were brilliant at communication - always had an update and their attendance was always very good. They were also accommodating, helpful and left each shift clean and tidy. New water main connection
Jack and team came to replace my water main connection. I was away while the work was done - lots of communication about what was happening and I returned to find my front garden looking like it hadn't been disturbed at all. I was particularly impressed that they also weeded the bit of my front path that they hadn't dug up and also mended my broken front gate. Excellent quality professional builders
Jack, Dave and team provide excellent and precise quality building work They are the only Kentish builders in 54 years that I have seen using a theodolite and precision instrumentation. They have worked strictly to building regulations and have been supervised by building control. The products and fittings they have used have been top quality. Safety has been paramount not only for us, the customers but also their staff All the staff have been totally courteous and respectful not only to us but to our neighbours too. Bathroom refurbishment
