  Although a bad start as he replaced washers tightened every thing up and said all done paid his labour charge and he left but five mins later the leak reappeared, called him and he came straight back and replaced parts in cistern and stop valve and that seems to have rectified problem - quality of workmanship good - abit on expensive side but then what isnt this days
