New gym and storage outbuilding
We chose Constantin to build our new outbuilding project because he was willing to provide a detailed quotation which was also at the lower end of what builders were quoting for the job. His workmen have a good attention to detail and are able to work without much supervision, producing high quality work and often working long hours. He was also happy to add more work, such as levelling the garden, laying a new lawn and creating a decked space. He was also happy to remove an old, poorly fitted door with a new bifold, fitting new steels as needed to the property. I would definitely recommend.

Hip to gable full loft conversion
Cos and the CC team were fantastic. Doing a total house renovation from an old 3-bed to 6-bed HMO with plenty of shared space and a great design which Cos has pragmatically contributed to throughout. His team is great, very professional, polite and committed to a high quality of work. He managed build effectively, through a tough time through Suez-blockages and C19 around materials delivery, getting the build done in good time. They have been great following up too, as we've stretched the scope of the project. Love the work in the garden. No hesitations in recommending. Thanks Cos and team!
House Conversion
CC did a great job. They also recommended and sourced good quality materials for me, and so made my life so much easier. The work was carried out to a high standard. I'm very pleased and would be happy to recommend them.

The builders worked very hard during the six months that they were renovating my home. They consulted me at each step and tried to minimise the impact on my every day living. They provided a detailed quotation to which they adhered. At the end of each day they tidied up as best they could so that I could spend a comfortable evening. They were very punctual, provided their own refreshments and were polite at all times
House Renovation
The builders completely renovated my house and at all times were considerate and careful ensuring that I was safe and as comfortable as possible. They work long days with few breaks and the work is completed to a high standard. At each point you are asked if you are happy with the work and anything that does work or is not to your standard is rectified. At the end of each day the area is cleaned and tidied as much as possible. The company has specialists who are brought in, example plumbers and electricians so that each part of the work is at the highest standard. All workers are polite
A loft extension
We are extremely happy with the work that was carried out to our loft. Constantine and Victor were great at keeping us informed about progress and were always happy to discuss any concerns we had. We were really impressed with the quality of the work and the builders that carried out the work were very friendly and polite. The aftercare has also been very good. I would highly recommend them.
Garage conversion
Service- excellent. Workmanship- excellent. The workers exemplary. They know exactly what they are doing. Overall - brilliant.
