18 solar panels and an Alpha ESS battery well installed
Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of our solar and battery installation. He plans his work well and installs the equipment and trunking very neatly. He does not cut corners either with equipment or installation. Charlie and Adam are nice friendly guys, respected our house and cleaned up at every stage. With Charlie you get a first-class job at a competitive price. We are very pleased with our installation.

Tesla Powerwall and Gateway
I approached a number of electricians regarding installing a Tesla Powerwall to my home and after speaking to them all and getting quotes Charlie came out on top. He was patient with all my questions, knowledgeable with his answers, and his quote was very competitive. After the quote I also asked him to install interlinked smoke alarms to ensure we’d be alerted indoors if there was a battery fire in the conservatory, and he was able to also do that while here. The installation is lovely and neat, and he was professional and considerate when in our home. Thanks for the great service

Solar panel and battery installation
Chalie has done cracking work for us previously, so we were interested to hear Charlie and his team offered Solar Panel installations. I'd done a fair bit of research and had quotes from a couple of companies including the Suffolk council sponsored solar group buy. I must say Charlie’s patience, attention to detail and commitment to only use devices he'd have in his own house was refreshing. The job itself was professional, smartly done with min disruption and good quality components. The finished install looks super slick, we reckon the Panel and Batteries will pay for themselves in 8 years

Solar installation
Charlie Cook has done an excellent job fitting our solar panels and battery. Previously he had done work on rewiring the property when we had renovation work done. I can thoroughly recommend Charlie as punctual, efficient and tidy. All work was done to a very high standard.

Solar panels with batteries, plus other electrical works
Charlie has recently fitted solar panels and batteries for us and we would highly recommend. His patient explanations, pre-work briefing, workmanship, tidiness and post-work service, have been exceptional. We have had previous projects completed by Charlie and will be going back to him for future projects as we're so happy with the works completed.
