James Carey responded to our contact re our problem of damp in our shower area and carried out an investigation and clearly explained the cause and possible reasons that could be responsible. He outlined a three part investigation and repair programme and itemised the cost of each part should all parts need to be followed. On acceptance his small team came on the set day and each carried out the their duties courteously and very tidily. We are very satisfied with the work done, the information supplied to keep us aware of the situation and the final bill that was as indicated. Recommended

C&C are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Other contractors told us the damp was caused by roof defects but James diagnosed the correct issue - faulty re-pointing. Staff are reliable, prompt and work to the highest standard at all times. James inspects regularly and customer service is also of an exemplary standard.
