We are a family-run cleaning company based in Colchester, proudly supported by a dedicated team of 10 professional cleaners.

Over the years, we've grown into an award winning business, providing commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialist cleaning services across Essex and the surrounding areas.

Sitting here reflecting from a business perspective, I often find myself asking how we got here.

How did we grow a social media page to over 200,000 followers?

How did we gain recognition from major brands like Astonish and Shark? How did we become an award-winning cleaning company?

The answer became clear while I was creating albums for our Checkatrade account and looking back at some of the incredible cleans we've been fortunate enough to carry out over the years.

At CCS, cleaning isn't just about making a property look better.

Behind every property we visit is a person, a family, a business, or a story.

Over the years, we've worked with some of the most vulnerable individuals in our communities, and being able to make a genuine difference in someone's life is the reason we do what we do.

We're a non-judgemental cleaning company. We take on jobs that others may turn away because we believe everyone deserves support, dignity, and a fresh start.

We've even carried out free cleans for people in desperate situations, giving them the boost they need to begin moving forward again.

Through the power of our social media community, we've also been able to help people beyond cleaning alone.

One example that will always stay with us is an elderly gentleman who was living without heating and sleeping with mouldy bedding.

Thanks to the support of our amazing community, we were able to provide him with fresh bedding, pots and pans, towels, blankets, dressing gowns, slippers, and other essentials to help keep him warm and comfortable.

Moments like these remind us why we started and why we continue to do what we do every single day.
