Worst company ever I have been phoneing them for over 6 weeks now messaging them no reply my hard drive box has broke they knew about this said they would sort it but instead choose to ignore my calls absolutely disgusting

Wish I had seen these reviews before I had this shoddy system installed by these cowboys. Various issues with my cameras. Numerous calls to try and get some kind of resolution, surprisingly calls not answered. So do yourself a favour avoid Matthew Lowery!

UPDATE as I originally left a positive review on the day my system was fitted. I paid £1,400 for an alarm and CCTV system. The alarm sensors were stuck on with sticky pads which fell off. The CCTV cameras have stopped sending movement notifications on a number of occasions and had to be reset. When 'working' the cameras then send out hundreds of notifications if it rains heavily. The company are now ghosting me despite the system being under warranty. I also took out a monthly service agreement, which they are still taking from my bank account. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid at all costs !!!  We are a reputable Self Storage Business with 2 Branches that have traded for over 20 years. This Company is incapable of supplying us with reliable cctv after surveying the job.  They have been 10 times to correct it .  The longest their cameras last is a week before they go off. Multable excuses , like outside interference etc etc .  They now refuse to work on them any more after being paid over £5k .  Amateurs in Uniform be warned

Rang to say my front camera had stopped working arranged for them to call arrived just after time agreed (did not mind as things do go wrong and jobs do take longer then expected ) Alan arrived checked system over in the end had to run full new cable over roof even though he was running behind still did the job was very polite and did a good job

Alan made a great job of fitting 2 CCTV cameras to the exterior of our house, As soon as he turned up we ran through what we required and he advised us on where would be the best position to place the cameras. He done the job safely and cleared up what little mess he had made. I would recommend Alan and CCTV and Supply Ltd 100%.
