Clive was very considerate when putting up my son’s curtain poles, as he has just moved into a housing association property, therefore has to be careful with anything he does to the flat. Clive noticed that the screws that came with the curtain poles were far too long for the batons that were provided for the poles, & would have damaged the walls if he had used them. Clive decided that it would be better to change the screws. He took lots of care with the flat, & now the curtain poles plus curtains are up

Clive accepted a tricky job to take out a concrete block staircase and replace it with a traditional wooden one with handrail and spindles. The transformation was a triumph and really opened up the hallway and staircase. Clive is very thorough in his work and particularly intent on completing difficult tasks others might shy away from. Well worth getting him to look at any projects you have planned.

Clive recently carried out repointing work to the brickwork on the gable end of my house. From start to finish he was professional, thorough, and took great pride in his work. The quality of the repointing is excellent, and he made sure the job was completed properly with no corners cut. He was extremely tidy throughout, leaving everything clean and organised at the end of each day. His pricing was very fair and he even went the extra mile to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend Clive to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and quality tradesman.

Clive did a good job on out Guttering, suggesting replacing existing with deep guttering to prevent the occasional overspill when exceptional rain falls. Would rccomend his services

After a stressful garage conversion with previous builders, we were nervous about more work. Clive completely changed that. He's just finished phase 1 (knocking through a doorway, lintel installation, and creating cupboard space). The quality is brilliant, but his approach was the best part. Clive is enthusiastic, reassuring, trustworthy, extremely tidy and genuinely cares about your peace of mind. For the first time, we felt excited rather than stressed. We’re thrilled with the results and can’t wait to have him back shortly for phase 2 of finishing off the garage conversion.

Clive and his son bricked up and made good the wall in our property after the chimney was removed. From the start Clive was professional and helpful. His workmanship appears excellent and we are really happy with the outcome. He prides himself on leaving the job clean and tidy.
