Large 8m rear extension with pitched roof

Chris was amazing from start to finish. He was very thorough when considering all elements of our build, and presented all options to us clearly and was more than happy to spend time discussing. He did several site visits to make sure everything was properly considered and was very helpful in answering all my questions. All in all a fantastic service. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend CRDC.

Excellent service - Chris visited the property a number of times to assess the job required and talk me through the requirements before lodging the application. He further guided me with regards to additional requirements with the local Water company. His attention to detail has been excellent throughout.

A complex re model of the interior space was needed as well a single storey extension that presented navigating a number planning constraints. Chris's extensive knowledge guided us through. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional and creative with space planning. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris advised on challenges we may face with initial plans and the planning process. Chris was knowledgeable and helpful with the various assessments needed with regards to flood risks and wild life. Drawings were completed in a timely manner and expectations managed with regards to timelines for council approval.

Chris did an excellent job in drawing up plans for a wet room extension to our house. He was very thorough and dealt with the council efficiently. He arrived on time for appointments, kept us notified of developments and was always courteous. I would recommend Chris unreservedly. Please note that fees are exclusive of Council and other fees to third parties.
