Chris was recommended by a friend, we discussed work to be completed, he was very helpful and listened, also gave advice, I had several different jobs to be carried out. He and the team, electricians, plasterers, carpenters, plumbers, painters all respected my home and myself. All were polite, helpful and left the work clean and tidy. I am a Senior Citizen and would trust all those that worked in my home. Chris kept in contact with regard to days they would be here and time, this was very important to me. CDW Building Services resited the loft hatch on my landing, installing a new larger hatch with inbuilt ladder making access to my loft far easier than previously. They boarded over the cracked original lath and plaster ceiling and arranged for a plasterer to come and finish the ceiling off to a perfect finish. CDW arrived on site on time and had the job completed quickly. Discussions on exactly where to place the new hatch and the size of it resulted in the optimum width of access in the restricted space. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

We employed CDW Building Services Ltd to carry out a conversion of an integral garage to a bathroom and additional room with garden access.
