    I had to radiators extracted and two new radiators fitted in two different locations to the existing. Everything was done to my own spec and every hurdle was comfortably overcome! The work was tidy and done to a quality standard.

    My comments are only positive, everything was completed to a high standard and exactly to how we agreed! Wayne even went over and above to find specific fixings and various other materials needed to ensure a quality finish!!

    Replace two heating elements in Megaflow water tank

    All done in a timely manner. As it was an emergency cannot say if the price is fair as the job needed to be done as tenant with out hot water for some time. Company appeared t to be professional and did the job as requested. Based on work, would use them again

    Moving washing machine, putting in tiling and shower and electrical work

    General M&E maintenance contract + ad hoc work as required

    We have had an M&E maintenance contract with CEBES for over 15 years, and have been very happy with the service provided. We have always found them to be very reliable and knowledgeable. They also carry out ad hoc general maintenance items as requested, including PAT testing.

    Boiler Repairs - Replacement of faulty heat exchanger

    I have used CEBES on a number of property's over the years and have been extremely impressed. Wayne and his team are very easy to communicate with and go above and beyond to accommodate any jobs we have requested. Quotes are provided quickly and the completed work has always been to a very high standard. I have also benefited from an online portal they use where all job sheets are uploaded for clients to download. I would highly recommend their services!
