  Door and window replacement in an outside coal shed. Transformed and made new.

  Couldn't rate the work and service highly enough. So pleased with the result, quality of the job, and service throughout. Clean and tidy work. Done to the highest standard.   En-suite renovation

  Carl from CE Building Maintenance did a brilliant job working on our ensuite to create something wonderful, beyond imagination. Carl was utterly professional, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He provided his expertise in the final design and layout of our ensuite which optimised the best use of space. The work was completed on time and to the highest degree of quality and attention to detail. Furthermore on completion the area was left spotless. My husband and I were so delighted with Carls work we will definitely ask him back. CE Building Maintenance are fabulous and second to none.

  Remove old bathroom door handle and replace with new latch and lock combination

  Carl was brilliant from first contact to job completion. His workmanship and cleanliness afterwards was exceptional and his price was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation to use Carl again and would most definitely recommend him to anybody.

  5 star service!

  Carl came out at short notice on a Friday night when we were desperate and thoroughly fed up to be honest! He was a breath of fresh air. Sorted the job quickly and efficiently, gave excellent advice and clearly knew what he was talking about. Good craic and a lovely lad. I can't recommend him enough and will definitely use him again!
