Craig came recommended to me by my previous alarm engineer who retired. He was prompt, reliable, very polite and friendly and completed the service checking everything thoroughly and explained what he was doing as he went along. Happy to recommend Cecure Fire and Security.

Mr Craig Morgan went out of his way to sort out the problem I was having with my fire alarm. He us very polite and courteous.

Tried to contact the trade several times from 11.30am until 12.25pm to enquire at what time he expected to call as I had an emergency to deal with. I was unable to leave a message as his phone was 'temporarily' unavailable. I left the house at 12.30pm returning at 1.30pm only to find that Craig had called around 12.45pm and left a message on y answerphone. Have tried to phone him again without success.

I always rely on Craig for my security needs, and they've delivered yet another fabulous job! They arrived on time and completed all the work to a very high standard. They even went the extra mile by installing a smart doorbell for me. They downloaded the app and walked me through exactly how to use the system. Was given a very competitive quote within hours of visit. Arranged a date and the chaps (two man team) turned up on time. Before anything was done during the job they would double check that it was exactly what I wanted. All installed extremely neatly. They programed the control board and downloaded the App on my phone with full instruction on how to do so and set the alarm itself. Very pleased with the whole job.
