From listening to a radio ad. to a telephone call to arrange an appointment with Celestial, I can honestly say 'I am exceptionally pleased with my new windows'. I really appreciated the paperwork that came through with the contract & sales agreement and thanking me for putting my faith in them, why wouldnt I? From the Sales Manager to Surveyor and then the Fitters, all were genuine, friendly, professional people. Nothing also to pay till after the installation and only when I was happy. Manufactured and fitted in 6 weeks. A very clean job too, carpets and work surfaces covered. Thank you

From our initial visit to the showroom, through to the home visit , survey , and installation we were impressed with the professionalism of all the team. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use celestial windows again.

From the moment the Sales Manager set foot in our house until the windows were ordered and fitted, we received an excellent service at a very reasonable price. I was especially impressed with the way the fitters carried out their work, both diligently and professionally, leaving no mess. Very impressed and would certainly recommend and would return as a customer.

I had a problem with my front door that was fitted a few years ago, I had an issue and contacted the firm, they called around the next day and fixed the problem, to me this is the best company in the northeast, lads turned up when they said they would checked door over sorted out the problem and they were very polite and helpful, you couldn't ask for anything more. I went back to Celestial because of the excellent service they offer, having been very happy with the double glazing they fitted last year. I was not disappointed. When the door fitting was unavoidably delayed, I was kept fully informed and the new door is well worth the short wait.
