Great communication and a good tidy install

Absolutely amazing and polite customer service and was very fast and efficient.

Low pressure on boiler since moving in to new home, no clue what I was doing! Lost hot water on Friday night and my engineer was with me by 11am Saturday morning. Complete waste of his time because I just needed to do something with the filling loops so HUGE apologies to the guy who drove from Sutton Coldfield!! Made him a cuppa and chatted about Vinyls. He told me to take a video whilst he showed me exactly what to do if it happens again. Lesson learnt. Thank you so much :)
