Repair leaking toilet
I was contacted by Shaun. He had a look at the toilet but didn't had his van with him as I was told it was in the garage. We made an appointment for him to fix the toilet. Two days before the appointment, I contacted Shaun to confirm the appointment. He told me he had covid and had to cancel the appointment. On 19th January I did send a text for a new appointment, but I never had a reply. On 3rd February I did send another text, again no reply. It is hard to rely on people who at the end let you down. Bathroom

Replace a toilet filling valve
Celtic Plumbing replied on a Sunday and came round that afternoon right on time to view and price the job. Celtic Plumbing came back two days later to carry out the repair right on time again.
