    Lack of transparency to charges

    Boiler repair in May 26.Central Gas Services were not transparent with their charges and despite querying charges up front I was hit with a large bill of £500 for 2 hours 20 mins work. When I phoned to complain the manager was dismissiv- blaming me for not querying the charges up front, for actually paying the bill when I was told had to be paid immediately ! and for not complaining more quickly ( I phoned the day after and no one called back) The job itself was fine but took a long time for what it was . The manager didn’t want to know and hung up on me when I said customers need clarity
