  Repair of 2 faulty showers

  I cannot fault the workmanship, tidiness, courtesy or timekeeping. I was kept informed throughout the work which had started as 2 replacement showers but because of problems with pipework the showers had to be amended and repaired, Full marks all round!

  Central Heating Health Check

  Called CHAS as 12 years and thousands of pounds worth of work on our heating system left us with a lounge too cold to use, upstairs too hot to sleep and heating so noisy we could only run it daytime. John made some adjustments, but also told me everything we had was fit for purpose, it just needed to be used differently. He explained how to change the setup and now all problems are resolved and we constantly have a lovely warm home throughout. John was reliable, polite and so knowledgeable that I would not hesitate to recommend the company and they are definitely my first call moving forward.

  Replaced condemned old gas Boiler + connection of Emersion Heater

  The entire experience from initial contact to completion of the installation, testing and commissioning of the new Boiler system, was impecable. Nothing was too much trouble and the 'hand over' was carried out in detail but in language we could understand. After sales process also explained.Delivered on time and on budget.... magnificent work.

  Install a brand new power shower

  Work viewed and quoted quickly. Communication with the company was great and the plumber arrived when the said. Work was completed to a very high standard and the plumber left the area as clean as possible when they finished. Only minor niggle was that the plumber needed a power socket for the work and opened and went into bedrooms without asking the person downstairs, but this didn't affect the quality of the work done. Highly recommended and will hopefully be using again.

  New tanks in airing cupboard and attic.

  They went out of their way to finish the job. I would recommend this hard team of workers to anyone.

  Fixed a boiler.

  Fantastic company. They went above and beyond to assist us with an emergency boiler issue. They were efficient and friendly and squeezed us into a very busy pre-Christmas schedule. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
