I worked with Eric and his team at Central London Maintenance last month when we had an emergency situation at our house and needed urgent support. We needed a carpenter to rip up our floorboards allowing access to UK power to fix a dangerous connection. Eric sent someone within the hour. The carpenter, Marias, was courteous and professional. He not only uprooted the floorboards, but without us prompting, took measurements to replace them and turned up after a few hours and replaced them. His work was top quality, clean and efficient. Eric also sent us an electrician, who was equally good.

Repair of existing floor boards was not possible. Old floor was replaced with new plywood. I was very happy with the job done. New subfloor does not squeak and is better levelled. The firm showed great availability and was flexible to accommodate my requests. Price charged was also very competitive vs other quotes I received. High quality job for a good price.

I needed a range of skills at our commercial property near London Bridge. Central London Maintenance responded quickly and carried out the work professionally. They took up a floor, repaired a drain and replaced the floor again. They created a large access at height through a double skinned brick wall for our Air Con people. They stayed late to accommodate the ducting people without complaint. Would use again and recommend!

CLCM replaced an external door and frame for me in here in West Kensington. Very quick, no fuss and very clean, nice guys did the work and they were flexible and helpful with collecting and returning keys on the day. Happy with the price and their communication, made the job as painless as they could.
