The plumber (Sean) arranged the visit in good time and efficiently, arrived promptly, let us know how long the job would be and the fixed cost, and made sure the workspaces were clean and tidy afterwards. We were so grateful for a quick fix to the problem at a reasonable price and with excellent workmanship.
