Terrible workmanship. Installed down pipes upside down, didn’t fit eaves trays properly. List goes on…

Appaling as usual the person whos business this was was not the person who carried out the work. Trader was only about 25 and not professional said they were family business for around 20 years the only family member was the son who took the card reading neither father or son where there when work carried out

If you want sensible quote - not an over estimate and a good job done I would highly recommend. If you require paperwork which makes any sense or any sensitivity due to distrust as Andy was fixing a job where £9500 and in an ‘immediately dangerous to life’ from wales and west then I don’t recommend. I was distrustful - especially as previous roofers and bank didn’t like his account. I explained this. He promised photos of work and 10 year guarantee. He was offended and a bit aggressive when I insisted his word wasn’t enough and I wrote the guarantee myself.

When quoting Andrew and team were one of the more thorough to really get into final the root cause of our leak. This gave me reassurance over others that they could fix it. The team were punctual on their availability to accommodate fixing the valley. The team arrived and cracked on within minutes and worked hard for the time they were here. They left the place as tidy as they found it which is always a positive for any tradesman. Nice bunch of guys and would recommend.

Young man came to my door whilst working for a neighbour to inform me of a dislocated ridge tile. He replaced, commented and fixed it efficiently and quickly. Would recommend as it’s difficult to get people to do small jobs.
