Ed phoned me back straight away and came out within the hour. He was friendly and helpful in manner and fixed the lock professionally. The door lock closes much smoother than it ever has. Ed cleared up and left everything tidy. We would recommend him to our neighbours and family.

Absolutely excellent. Ed managed to find time to look at the problem within 30 minutes, he then proceeded to mend all the doors so that they now lock and shut correctly. He is a lovely guy and is the owner of his company, not a franchise. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent job. He had the opportunity to offer us a new lock, but chose to resit the existing one in the housing/door, as it didn’t need replacing. Very quick service, within the hour from first calling.
