Laurence was excellent to communicate with and he replaced the lock on a window that had been stuck for a while and went the extra mile to shave down the wood which was making the window stick. His price for the work was reasonable and he’s extremely straight forward and honest. Highly recommend.

Laurence fitted a new lock for me. I found him via check a trade and called up for a quote. He asked for photos and gave me a couple of options. He booked me in for the next day, but also advised he could fit me in for the same day if required. His communication was always very clear and prompt. Very happy with the lock he fit, and he also adjusted the door hinges slightly where he could see an improvement to be made. He gave me further advice around the lock and door in general. Excellent all round - professional and friendly guy, I highly recommend!
