Lawrence arrived at my house within 30 minutes of me using the Checkatrade website. He was very polite on the phone and didn't charge any call out fee. He was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. He couldn't fix the problem with our lock immediately and needed to order parts, but he did this quickly and always communicated with me clearly about pricing, ordering items and how long it would take, He came back 3 days later, at the arranged time (which he swapped around for my convenience), and fixed the lock quickly. He remained polite and friendly throughout. Would recommend.
