When I started to look at solar panel systems for the house I spoke to countless companies. Who knew that the one I settled on was a stones throw from my house. Ben handled everything in the run-up to the install — clear, knowledgeable, and made the whole quoting and design process easy. Install day itself was smooth, on time, and tidy. We had solar panels and a battery installed. From the initial contact to the finished installation, Ben and the team have been amazing. We have had support and information every step of the way to help us understand what would be best for us, how the solar panels work, what the installation involves, and what the costs and savings would be. I used Certified Renewable Solutions to install Sigenergy batteries and a Daikin ASHP. Both installations went very smoothly and the service provided was superb. I most appreciated the service for the ASHP, because I approached 3 other companies beforehand: one said I had no space to put the ASHP, the second said they could not provide an ASHP large enough for my property, the third said they could provide the ASHP but only near my front door, which I did not want. Certified Renewables installed our heat pump during a house renovation and I was very happy with the service. Ben provided clear advice, was patient throughout, and coordinated well with our builder. The installers, Darius and Michael, were thorough, professional, and did a great job. Pricing was competitive, and the after-sales support has been excellent – Ben is quick to respond and has fine-tuned the system for efficiency. The house is comfortable and bills remain reasonable. Had I known them earlier, I'd have gone with Certified Renewables for all of my renewable kit. Highly recommended!
