  Professional, transparent and reliable roofing job

  Jerald and his team installed a dry ridge system on my roof and I’m very pleased with the work. They were professional, punctual and pragmatic throughout, clearly explaining what they were doing and why at each stage of the job. From the outset, Jerald was transparent about costs and kept me fully informed of any potential extras so we could keep within the agreed budget. Communication was excellent, I always knew when they would be on site and how long each part of the job would take. The quality of the workmanship is very tidy and Jerald was confident enough to provide a 3‑year guarantee

  Overall satisfied on price & roof. No work gaps. Will review again after three years.

  Genuine review. Overall satisfied by price &whole-roof replacement of Certifieds' James Horan (manager) and Billy Lovell (19 yr old son, up there uncomplaining in all weathers; pointing, fascia,, gutters etc). Scaffold sub-contracted to a v, quick, careless gang; James fixed broken window quickly and scaffold boss contacted neighbour on damaged BMW. James says he won’t work with them again. A Punjabi Sikh lot did joists, batons, slates; quick, pleasant, seems good. Some old lead , not stripped out, only topped by butyl. Stories, twists & turns, No long work gaps. 50% price of CORC roofers.

  JAMES AND HIS TEAM WERE WAS GREAT FROM START TO FINISH DONE A GREAT JOB VERY POLITE KEPT UPDATING PROGRESS OF WORK WITH VIDEOS WE ARE OVER HAPPY OF OUR NEW ROOF WE HAD A FEW QUOTES AND CERTIFEDS ROOFING LTD WAS ARE CHOICE DEFENTLY RECOMENED!!!!
