Fault find in electrics
We had an excellent experience with this company. Our electrics in our house tripped several times the other night. We flipped the switch on the fuse box but it kept tripping. I posted the job on checkatrade, asking for help. Within 5 mins, I got a message back suggesting a short call. Over the phone, he talked me through the steps I should take to identify what was causing the issue. Following these steps, I was able to self-serve and get the power back on. I needed three new sockets, two new light fittings and an electric radiator installing
After two other electricians had messed me around and not answered messages or provided quotes, it was a joy to meet Christian. Communication was excellent, very thorough and the job was quoted for and completed within 24 hours.
