  Double glazing problems - condensation & broken seals

  I have used this company on a previous issues with condensation in our double glazing & have recently used them again to repair further condensation issues. The company has always been prompt with both quotes & installation of replacements - I would use them again & have no hesitation to recommend them to others having condensation problems.

  Double glazed door needed realignment

  I contacted Chris Kent via Checkatrade having looked for someone to repair a double glazed door which was out of alignment, so locking it had become very troublesome. He responded very promptly (even though he was on his way up to Scotland at the time) and subsequently attended the property at his earliest opportunity. Chris soon got to grips with the issue and adjusted the door so the mechanism works properly again. I know now who will be my first point of contact in future for any double-glazing repairs, and am very happy to recommend his services to anyone.

  Replacing 2 failed double glazing units

  Chris was prompt replying to my request for a quote and after accepting the quote came out to measure the next day. Order came within 2 weeks and replacement was quick and tidy. Chris gives excellent customer service and value for money

  Replace broken window pane

  We have used Chris few times now and he is incredibly reliable.He is very fast to respond to messages and comes by very quickly.The job always gets completed within the timeframe he has given us and sometimes even faster.He is very upfront about the work he needs to do and there are never hidden costs.I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their windows.
