Laying new LVT flooring over the top of existing tiles.

This is the second job Ed has done for us and it was excellent, again. He talked us through our options ahead of the booking and made the process very clear. The work was carried out in the promised timeline and to a high standard. We’re really pleased with the end result.

New LVT flooring - excellent quality service

Ed replaced my downstairs floor with a new LVT floor. This is not something I have experience of buying previously, and so I appreciated the way Ed clearly talked me through different options and answered any questions I asked. I never felt hurried - he appreciated and understood this was a big decision and I felt he was invested in helping me get it right and make sure I was happy with what I chose. Ed fitted the floor to a really high standard - I am very happy with work done. He was also really easy to deal with, very clear and open communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Remove and reinstall new LVT to replace existing laminate of open plan downstairs lounge/kitchen.

We needed to level and reinstall a floor which was quite challenging as it was an open plan lounge /kicthen. The original floor was so bad that our laminate had popped out of place. Ed was patient in his detailed explanations, gave a full breakdown in quotes so we could adjust according to our budget without pressure. He committed to his hours and we are happy with the end result. We had over 10 quotes for this job but Ed's brilliant communication skills were invaluable.

  Excellent Service and High‑Quality Finish

Ed from CFT Flooring recently removed and replaced the existing flooring in both my kitchen and bathroom, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The quality of the finish is excellent and works were completed with real care. Throughout the process, Ed offered helpful options and guidance, and when one of the original choices was discontinued by the supplier, he quickly provided suitable alternatives without any hassle. The work was carried out tidily and professionally, with great attention to detail. Ed was very easy to deal with, punctual, and respectful of the space. Overall, a smooth ex

  Replacement laminate and vinyl.

This is the second time Ed has worked for me. First was recovering the ground floor kitchen and dining room, this time laminate to five bedrooms and vinyl to two bathrooms. He is an expert fitter, professional, clean and reliable. Took all the skirting off and replaced with new, with no fuss. Worked his way from room to room, always consulting us when there was a query or choice to be made, and provided options. Top class. Highly recommended.
