10 Extractor fan and water heater

CGB came to assist with my water heater that had stopped working and to replace a bathroom extractor fan. They responded very quickly to my request, arrived spot on time and resolved both issues immediately. They were very polite and informed me of what they were doing all the time. Wardrobe Light was malfunctioning and we thought it could be the sensor. Chris replaced the sensor but this did not fix the problem. So he came to us again and fitted a light switch inside the wardrobe. Wonderful. Chris re wired my whole house fitting inbetween building works as to not hold anything up. Bearing in mind I had no idea where I needed sockets and power at the time as the build evolved. Chris managed to make sure every point was covered and anything in place for future proofing. Chris then moved on to the solar panel installation designing and fitting to my requirements and budget. Again working around other building works as and when he had access. Finally he installed my battery's. Chris and Sam were timely polite and friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was completed within the agreed time and with no undue noise or mess. This is the second time we have used Chris and although the jobs of fitting infrared panels downstairs and the extractor fan in the upstairs bathroom were not easy and required a lot of non-electrical work, he always makes things seem so simple and straightfoward. I like the fact he listens and tries to help you understand what he's doing and how and why.
