To replace old out of shape gutters
Connor visited me on 25 April cleaned out my gutters and advised me that some of them needed to be replaced. He came back after a few days and did this work with the same friendliness and enthusiasm that he showed the first time. He cleaned up perfectly after himself, and was very keen to assure me that if there was any trouble in the future he would be back straightaway. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting guttering work done.
Replace fascia and soffits
Turned up on time. Cleaned up after themselves every day. Absolutely excellent work. Wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone
Repaired a leaking gutter.
Great service, came round same day to fix the gutters. Explained everything that was the issue and offered advice on best way to remediate in the future. Exactly what I was looking for.
Cleaning out gutters and in the process advising on the poor state of the plastic brackets
Connor arrived absolutely on time and began work on the gutters straightaway. He was extremely friendly and cheerful, very keen to do a good job; he pointed out the limitations of earlier work. He cleaned up completely after himself, and then gave a quote for replacing some gutters to his standards. He would then be able to guarantee this work. I will be very pleased to have him back, and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs work doing on their gutters
Replacing undercloak an cementing edge of roof.
Highly recommended. Have used C&G property maintenance twice. Would recommend. Repaired end of roof cement and replace undercloak. Cleaned up well after the job.
Repair broken guttering and to seal up the box ends front and back
Connor was pleasant and professional. He not only fixed the broken guttering that we had, he also spotted a few gaps in the box ends at the front and rear of our house which birds love to nest in. The work was agreed to be done at a fair price and he finished the jobs in a timely manner. I would use Connor again if I needed anything else doing on or around our roof. I would also recommend him to friends and family.
