Avoid this company. I will be reporting my experience to Checkatrade. An engineer attended my property to investigate a leaking expansion vessel. He replaced the vessel, and that part of the work appeared to be completed satisfactorily. However, I was then told that my entire air source heat pump was no longer working because the circuit board had been damaged by water. We were left without hot water for the entire weekend. We arranged for a more experienced company to inspect the system. He had failed to switch the system back on after the works had been completed !!!!

I used CGR Gas for two year now and will continue to do so. Reliable and efficient service.

Connor recently came out to sort some plumbing issues at my house and I was really impressed with the service. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and explained everything clearly. The work was completed to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Connor and team are professional, efficient, well priced and organised. We use the company for boiler maintainance, but also emergencies and general plumbing help. They have always been flexible and transparent on service and cost. They are nice people to have in your home with minimum disruption. I fully reccomend to all friends and neighbours (who also use them).
