Connor and his colleague, Jordan, attended our premises to conduct a powerflush of our heating system. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous and worked in an effective and efficient manner. They also left our property in a clean and tidy state wherever they needed to access. The job was undertaken within the allotted timeframe (estimated at 6 hours; actually took just over 5.5 hours) and at the cost quoted. Would definitely recommend.

First class service, great communication and a great price

Connor was very reactive in dealing with removing my old washing machine and fitting the new one and managed to fit the job into the next days schedule. He arrived on time and managed to complete the tasks in good time. During his time in my House he was always courteous , friendly, innovative until the job was complete . I can't fault him at all

Connor and his team were great. They were the quick to respond initially with a broken boiler just before Xmas, and were very helpful in explaining what was required to upgrade a very old heating system. The whole house needed upgrading and the team worked consistently for 4 days straight to get it all done. Certainly made a huge difference in heating the house better now.

Required a replacement basin & tap for downstairs toilet. They said they would fit a like-for-like replacement. Arrived on time, did the job eficiently with no mess. Basin & tap fitted was just what I would have chosen myself.

I first contacted CGR last year because I needed a service. It was done efficiently at a very reasonable price and as I knew it hadn’t had an upgrade for over 15 years I booked a complete flush and overhaul including a new pump. I am so satisfied and my heating system is now like new.
