Craig was a lovely guy, did some fantastic work and the tiling looks awesome. The black grout left a lot of mess and dust that needed cleaning after though. We didn’t have enough tiles so Craig said he would source some for us - they are the same size but very slightly a different shade of white - not massively noticeable, but in the right light you can see it. Either way, we appreciated him sourcing them and for his work as a whole - very reasonably priced too. Thanks Craig :)

Very very bad experience. Poor safety standards, poor Quality tiling, not prompt in timing. Drilled in to the one of the hot water pipes during floor tiling preparation and left the property without due consideration. Water leaking in the kitchen, clock room and hallway and through the boiler drain. water cylinder might have burst. Also drill might have gone through electric cables next to the water pipes causing serious bodily harms. Not sure if they have proper insurance in place. Poor tile lines, used wrong width of the trim, tiles are not cut and laid properly. Very very bad experience.

Could have gone better.

I am happy to echo the positive reviews already recorded. Craig completed the job at short notice, as the original booked tiler failed to show. The job took a day longer than thought due to uneven walls and type of tile used, however Craig honoured his original quote and despite the encountered problems always took time to explain how he was dealing with each issue and did so with good humour, even when working late in order to complete the job.

Responded and communicated promptly and precise. Listened to what we wanted and carried out the work to our specifications. Quality of work was excellent. Pleased and would recommend.

Craig was excellent from start to finish. His communication was prompt and he gave a detailed quote. On the day he turned up at the agreed time and carried out the work to a very high standard at the agreed price. He is very polite and a fair tradesman. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him.
