Chris was brilliant!

Chris has worked on a number of projects for me, and as such I knew he was right for the job. A perfectionist in his work, honest and reliable, I have full faith in him getting each job just right. I highly recommend CH4 Heating to anyone considering a new boiler, or boiler repair.

Having recently moved our home to Tenterden, we needed the speedy installation of a new replacement gas boiler. Chris Maslen visited, advised a combi boiler and quoted a very reasonable price. But best of all… he knew of our predicament (no heating or hot water) and deferred another project to fit us into his schedule. He and his colleague, Neal, finished the job in two days, removing the old condensing boiler and pipework/tanks etc, leaving the areas cleaner and tidier than before. Chris then returned on a day to suit us, to explain the Hive system. We recommend Chris and ch4 Heating 1,000%

CH4 Heating was excellent from the very beginning. He come and had a look at my faulty boiler and was very honest with how he saw the fix going. I then made the decision to get a new boiler. I was kept up to date and I as well advised on the best boiler for my apartment. The fitting also took place in the same week, which is excellent. On fitting day, Chris spent the majority of the day at my address to make sure the job was done right. He was very caring with my home and even played with my dog. Overall the experience was amazing and I happy with my new boiler.

Prompt reply to our initial request for a quotation. We were very impressed with Chris's previous reviews and the way he came across. He arrived prompt on 8 am as arranged. He swiftly put dust sheets where required throughout the house and advised us to wear shoes if staying indoors. We made ourselves scarce till later in day. He worked till nearly 7pm and finished the work the next day. Brickwork on flue was amazing and he left everything neat and tidy. All working correctly and he patiently explained Hive controls to us. Very pleased with his work.

Installed the thermostat in less than an hour and walked me through the process in detail. Great work!
