We had taps plumbed in our kitchen and on the basin in our bathroom, later in the evening, when using the hot water tap, water was dripping from the hot water pipe, we were told to turn off the mains so, we could not use the toilet all night, we had no water, the emergency took place at roughly 7.20am the plumber did not tighten the tap enough under the basin causing it to leak, if that wasn't enough, he used the towel off the rail to mop up the meww and left it there, I wonder where it went? I found it scrunched-up on the basin!

These guys were brilliant! Very polite and professional, the left the space even cleaner than it was to start with. They were very knowledgable and I will definitely be using them again They are great communicators and everything was handled very quickly and expertly Thanks

John came, like he did last week to fit a new thermostat but he had a lot more than he bargained for, to cut a long dstory short, our bath panel was loose, he was workijg to plumbed taps on the basin, he just pulled the door over and said he was goig to get stuff from the store, so he went, I heard a "thud" in the bathroom, I went up stairs, I could not open the door anymore, the panel fell and closed the door from the inside, the job had not been done in the bathroom at that point, the kitchen was done, we managed it and all the work is now done, even with old pipes. Everything was good and sorted, the thermostat was dying on our hot water cylinder but, it is all fixed now, I was just left with a heap of washing through having no hot water.
