Called due to strong smell of oil and annual service
Do not use this company. Left my house with a oil leak after attending twice also tried to leave a £25 air freshener new company came and found leak straight away Gary Lynch co owner is also very rude and thinks it’s ok to laugh down the phone at a heavily pregnant women company should not be trading they have been reported to gas safe and OFTECVerified reviewerJob location: PL15Response from Chamings Ltd
We can confirm that we have attended the property twice, initially in January 2021 to service the boiler and then again in April to a strong smell of oil. At the second visit no evidence of an oil leak could be located and the boiler fired up and ran well whilst on site. The engineer placed a product that breaks down and helps with the smell of oil. We were made aware of the complaint and unfortunately communication broke down very quickly. At no time did Gary laugh and it was not our intention to cause any distress to either party. The complaint process is ongoing and we will fully participate with this process.
