  Excellent. Sham is a very polite and professional gentleman. The flat roof was cleaned thoroughly before he started the work. It was spotless. Sham and his team did such a great job, we called them back a few days later to remove old grouting in shower area and renew. Excellent. We highly recommend sham and his team.

  I had a tear on my wall from removing an adhesive which needed and painting to match the wall.

  The service was terrible, I was guranteed that the wall would come out matching the rest of the wall but it hasn’t. I have a big white paint mark on my wall, and the tear still is visible it wasn’t filled in at all. I explained multiple times to the tradesman that it doesn’t look right the paint doesn’t match, but he assured me that I just have to wait for it to dry I’ve waited and it is awful. The job wasn’t done, it’s just been made worse…I called him and asked him to refund me the money but he refused. Also he was late by 45 minutes to the job. And hung up the phone on me.
