  From my initial enquiry at the office, to meeting the Assessor, and then the Surveyor. I felt at ease. No pressure, politeness, professional, friendly people ready to answer all my questions. The fitters, offered the same quality of serivice. Excellent time keeping, tidy and extremely helpful. Thank you.

  Channel Windows provided a very good service from start to finish. No pressure from the sales team and work completed by a team of friendly, experienced window fitters. Good communications through out, house always left clean and tidy. Thankyou!

  Excellent experience in that the workmen were considerate of our property and were polite and the attention to detail in the finishing off particularly pleasing. All the boxes were ticked.

  Replacement of two bedroom windows

  Channel Windows installed original windows thirty years ago. The firm shows respect for its customers and does an excellent job cleanly, efficiently and without undue noise. Thoroughly recommended.

  New single large window

  Channel windows came and measured up, then sent a quote a few days later, which I accepted. I had to remind them a week later to send the paperwork. A few days after that they called and said the sales guy had made a mistake and wouldn't honor the quote they'd supplied. They didn't even try to work something out. All in all it was a waste of time. I'd look elsewhere as it was pretty bad service.

  Secondary glazing

  We would recommend Channel Windows to anyone wanting work carried out. We had 3 very large single glazed sash windows that we needed to secondary glaze (no double glazing as listed). The whole job from the first appointment to measure up to the actual fitting was excellent. Very friendly and competent staff. A special mention to Mark and Bryan who did the fitting - very polite and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company.
