Character was very knowledgable in his craft and swiftly got to grips with the issue and repaired our lock. He then went above and beyond and adjusted our poorly fitted door to make it right. Highly recommend.

Composite door lock was not engaging

Eddie was quick to respond to my ad and came the next day (Sunday) to assess the issue. The mechanism was broken and he had the part in his van. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone

My lock to my front door broke. Eddie replaced it

Once I spoke to Eddie he agreed to attend the next day ( Sunday). He quickly advised the the lock was not repairable and had a replacement with him. So it was fitted within an hour. Overall, I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of his service. I would recommend it.
