  Great friendly and efficient service.

  Charlie gave us great service, finding and rectifying a fault with our lounge lights. He was very efficient and cheerful throughout. Although we had a conversation he continued to work while talking and got the job done quickly. We have already recommended Charlie to a friend who has also used his services.

  Good contact to know and will use him again

  I contacted Charlie from a card that had been put through the door detailing the services he can offer .He rang me promptly and I explained our security light was not working properly and he came later that day and it was found to be faulty and a replacement was required which was scheduled to be fitted a couple days later and he was able to come a day earlier which was fine . Very pleased with his care and attention to detail and he was able to resolve another issue at the same time .

  Fitting of new consumer board

  First time we had used Charlie, and it was a good experience, as he was very easy to deal with. He also supplied documentation ahead of us agreeing to have the work done, which confirmed his electricians training and registration with NICEIC. He is extremely easy to talk to, and did the work during the agreed time.

  Splendid rewire carried out

  The team completed a rewire of a tired and worn out house. Now I have a house dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century. No job was too small or difficult. The team also provided suggestions for things that I may also need during the rewire that I had not thought of and you only get that insight from someone who knows their stuff. Pleasure doing business and will be inviting the team back for more work in the near future.
