Damp patch on ceiling suggesting water ingress from roof. Invetigate and fix.
Very friendly. Initial assessment seemed logical in light of no obvious source of the water ingress i.e. Lets try something that may be the issue buy at lower end of cost and see over a period of a few months if it is fixed. If still an issue then proceed with next possible cause etc. Price was reasonable and the workers friendly and the also advised what to apply to the ceiling wet patch once dry.
