I spent my Saturday looking at jobs with son in the van. I pulled up once and there was nowhere nearby to park and wasn’t comfortable leaving him out of sight. So I went elsewhere and planned to come back later on that day. I went into to town and ran out of time and daylight. I did text to say I would come back the following day but did forget if I’m honest. I have been inundated will relentless calls, texts and emails over January. We are a small family business and I’m also on the tools most of the time. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep track of everyone. We have already done a repair for this customer a few years previously so find it a bit harsh to do a bad review instead of calling again.
