  Remove internal/partial external wall,patio doors, chimney breast. New kitchen, flooring

  Richie and his team (Ash, Paul and Dave) are brilliant. Richie kept us informed of each stage and was always available to contact with queries. Unexpected problems were dealt with quickly and effectively. All work finished to a very high standard, from the plastering and brickwork to the flooring and kitchen. All the team are professional, trustworthy and friendly and made the work for us stress free. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

  House extension, Roof conversions, internal remodelling

  Richie, Paul and Ashley are a dream team. We have had major works carried out and I can honestly say that it has been a stress-free experience because of Richie’s forward planning. He kept us informed of when he wanted to progress with each project, meaning we were able to remain living in the house throughout. The quality of Ashley and Paul’s work is exceptional. They are also extremely polite, were very flexible with any changes we decided to make and always tidied up at the end of each day. We are extremely happy with the finished work and would highly recommend Charlwood to anyone.

  Removing Internal Stud Partition, Removing Chimney, Inserting Steel Beams, Plastering

  Richie and his team are wonderful and I would highly recommend. They are professional, friendly and always willing to lend advice. Richie had a set a keys for when we were not around and always kept us up to date with what what going on. We are extremely happy with the quality of work that has been done.

  Remove: Chimney breast, old kitchen and patio doors, old flooring from kitchen diner. Lay wet ..

  Underfloor heating, drainage and mains water, porcelain floor tiling, create partition wall and fit new toilet and basin. Open up existing patio door and fit new bi-fold doors. Plaster walls and ceilings and mist-coat. Rewire the whole area. Fit new kitchen and install appliances. WOW! What an experience. From start to finish Richie was on hand to guide us through the whole process. Paul and Ashley really are masters of their trades – and it would appear masters of lots of associated trades as well! Their attention to detail was amazing and even suggested improvements/additions to the design.

  Single storey extension, new garage roof, fit new kitchen

  I am very pleased with the work that Richie and his team have done. All work has been finished to a high standard, any slight issues that occured during the build were dealt with very well and were solved quickly. Always available if needed. I felt comfortable to discuss anything with Richie and could trust that it would be dealt with to my satisfaction. Paul and Ashley worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble which lead to a stress free experience. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone, in fact I already have.

  New extension to kitchen removal of walls, insertion of 4 beams ( 1 beam measuring 7 metres weighing 600kgs) Electrics and plumbing

  I fully recommend Richie (Richard) and his team, we are very pleased with the standard of work…. A real pleasure to deal with and much reduced stress?? What sets Richie and his team apart is, when we decide to do something differently, the willingness he and his team to adjust the build is evident. I cannot stress enough that Richie was always on hand to discuss the work and is very keen to ensure that what the customer wants he gets. When updaterd prices are required you are kept fully informed..... no surprises
