Founded by carpenter Steve Lawson in 1996, Charnwood Floors specialise in the supply, fitting and maintenance of all types of wood flooring. We offer an all round service from concept and design through to high quality finishes; including sub floor preparation and the carpentry finished skirting, doors and architraves. We can guide you through every process of choosing, installing and maintaining your new floor.
A floor is only as good as its fitter. Charnwood Floors have vast experience in fitting all types of wood flooring.
This includes:
- Both finished and unfinished engineered and solid wood planks
- Chevrons
- Herringbone blocks with and without borders and inlays
- Fitting wood stairs
- Stair cladding
Charnwood Floors are highly experienced in wood floor renovation also. In addition to renovation and restoration work, we also offer a wood floor deep cleaning service for both domestic and commercial operations. This removes the build up of ingrained dirt, and can include re-oiling or re-lacquering if required.
